Chaturbate Switches Following and Private Shows tabs on their site. Here’s What to Know.
If you haven’t noticed, about a month ago in November 2022, Chaturbate shuffled a couple things around on their website. The main things was that they’ve shifted where they’ve placed the Following and Private Shows tabs. On November 8, the official Chaturbate Twitter account posted this tweet,
We have moved the “Following” and “Private Shows” links to the top blue navigation bar on desktop. Now, you have the ability to filter your following list and private shows by gender. Check it out here: https://chaturbate.com

Chaturbate has continually been tweaking their site over that past couple years, bring on new features, and testing what works and what doesn’t. More recently also they’ve drastically improved their mobile view version of their site, and it works exceptionally well. We’ve tested it on various screens and devices and it’s solid. Another notable change is one they made for creators, improving their hashtag system, where part of their announcement message for that feature states “Broadcasters will now see how many viewers each hashtag has when adding them to their room subject. Using accurate hashtags with viewers is a great way to get your room in front of as many viewers as possible!”

Whether the switching of the Following and Private Shows tabs is a big deal to you or not, we can only speculate that the reason they did that is to allow for more focused navigation in finding the kind of cam models you wish to see. Do you want to see all feature cams, just the couples, the women, or the men. That’s it, there’s nothing else vying for attention in that secondary navigation bar.
